Canadian Sponsorship for Parents

As a permanent resident of Canada, you have the right and ability to sponsor your parents and/or grandparents. They would be able to come live with you and your family under the Canadian Parental Sponsorship category of immigration. This would be a permanent arrangement and not temporary. There is a quota of only a few thousand visas available, so if this sounds like a program you want, you better apply fast.
Many popular countries for prospective immigrants do not allow applicants or potential immigrants to sponsor grandparents. The sponsorship for parents is also very limited in these countries. Australia, The USA, and UK do not allow grandparent sponsorship.
That is just another reason why immigration into Canada is greatly sought. They understand the value of family, and wanting to stay close to those you love. That is why they reopened the program (parental sponsorship) on Jan. 2nd, 2015. The super visa has also been made a permanent visa for parents and grandparents.
If you are looking to move to a new country, and want to bring your family for whatever reasons you may have, Canada is undoubtedly the right choice for you.
